About Me:: I am a heritage river rat. My first ride in a boat was toward the end of the 74' flood in a john boat three weeks after I popped out. My folks owned marinas and boat sales/service businesses financed in part by my fathers advertising career with CBS, KMOX in St. Louis. When he retired he started an advertising agency which I now own. I also run a web marketing company and a side company called MOWaterSafety which sells Resq Discs, Gas and Electric Aqua Scooters and other various nautical tidbits.

As of this evening all volunteer help would be appreciated on Thursday 6/19 to make sandbags.

A rock wall, reinforced with sandbags, has been built around the building but more sandbags are needed.

No experience necessary.

Call Port Charles 636-250-2628 to confirm that help is still needed before you head out there, in case it is too late.

The water will probably be over Blaise Stn road, so call 636-250-2628 for ferry service when you get there.
