Boated on the river all day yesterday in our friends spider. Lots of debris and its coming up really fast. Good thing were heading to the lake Thursday, I dont see any boating happening this weekend. Busted a prop yesterday on the spider but luckily had some on hand and got right back in business.
I check with my friend who owns the mat. He said he bought it during the aquapalooza on the lake. So he isnt really sure who he bought it from. It was just a vendor on the water.
Thanks Gary. I was looking at your pics...are you fly real and r/c airplanes? I just stopped flying, I let my bfr lapse too much $$. I have several 1/3 scale r/c planes, but there all 90% done (have been for years).
Anyway, I used to have a Ebbtide 23 which & boated a lot in the Seneca area, and once a year we would take a trip to Hooters...always a good time!
No I didn't stop there. Going both ways it was the middle of the day so too early to do an overnight stop in the Peoria area. I did meet several loopers on the run. Now those folks are serious boaters.

I dont think the flooding has been too bad considering the past couple of years. Heading to the lake next week for 6 days then its back to the river.
