In Naoa Valley at a conference (well, by the pool actually) and then San Fran for the weekend. Hope to be home AFTER the stinky post flood mud is a bit more dried!
Sherri, I look forward to meeting you and hope you make to Grafton June 21st weekend for the Antique and Classic Boat Society's 3rd annual boat show. We are expecting over 50 old boats and maybe you could give us a little coverage in some of you publications. See You on the river. Marty
Hi, I have had ms for about 10 years. I am on avonex which has actually made some of the lesions in my brain disappear. I have been on this for 2 years the shot hurts like hell and has torn the top of my legs up (leaving veins everytime its injected) I take it on tuesday night and i'm pretty much down for the count on Wednesdays but, its been worth it only had 2 flair-ups in 2 years!!

I am a freelance writer for places such as Heartland Boating, River Hills Traveler, Yorkshire Terrier, Pontoon & Deck Boat, Action Pursuit, Houseboat, Missouri Life, Aero Sports Connection, and ByLine Magazines, the M.S. Newsletter, the Leader Publication and several online publications. I write the daily news for a website called riverbills.com. I also had my first book published last year, titled "From the Heart of a Mother." It is about motherhood, my battle with Multiple Sclerosis (M.S.), my divorce, my re-marriage, being a grandmother and all of the emotions that went with these events. When I am not spending time with my three sons, two grand-daughters and my wonderful husband, I am writing. My family gives me a lot to write about. My husband and I go boating every weekend throughout the summer and we go flying in his powered parachute as much as we can. I write stories about a lot of the marinas, restaurant/bars and events along the river. I take photos of most things I write about. My husband takes aerial photos of most of those places. That helps to give my story more personality. I feel like I get paid to have fun. I love my life and all the people that are in it -my family and friends.
